1.My Good Holiday shall use its best effort for arranging and planning the tour itinerary and hotel accommodation．
2.Cause the holiday seasons，convention，weather or other unforeseen circumstances delay or change trip itinerary, My Good Holiday reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour, and any losses or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participants．
3.No refund shall be given for any portions of the package unused by the participant of his／her own accord．
4.Should political upheavals, bad weather conditions or the like arise, local agents conducting the tour reserve the right to alter the itinerary as necessary, any additional expenses incurred shall be charged to participants．
5.Participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations．My Good Holiday will not be responsible for any and all penalties due to any regulations of the government of the visiting country．
6.When the total number of tour members should fall below 10 people, My Good Holiday reserves the right to cancel the tour without any responsibility．
7.My Good Holiday accepts no responsibility for value， reliability， quality or authenticity of any goods purchases while on tour．
Travel Insurance:
1.My Good Holiday strongly recommends and advises that all tour members should have trip cancellation, medical／hospital and baggage insurance．My Good Holiday acts as an agent for suppliers of transportation，sightseeing and hotel accommodations， all terms and conditions will be borne by the respective suppliers, and My Good Holiday shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage to property, injury of persons，accidents，delays，irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control．
2.China tours, and also prepay in full 45 days in advance a special Travel Protection Insurance at no extra cost, which includes Trip Delay，Medical Expenses，Baggage Delay, Assistance Service etc．
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
1.Deposit of USD100．00 per person must be paid at the time of reservations, and the balance must be paid 35 days prior to the departure date．Failure to comply with deposit and final payment requirement will result in automatic cancellation of your reservations and penalty on cancellation will apply．Once tour confirmed, deposit paid will be l00％ non-refundable and non transferable．
2.When you make reservation, please confirm your passport name．Once ticket issued, penalty will apply．
3.Cancellation policy:
a．All cancellation or change in written notice must be received by mail or fax．
b．The following fee will be charged accordingly when you decided to withdraw your reservations．

(In addition to the above stated cancellation charges，if tickets for airlines have already been issued at the time of cancellation (regardless of number of days prior to departure), the traveler will be assessed an additional airline cancellation penalty and service charge pursuant to the airlines rules and regulations.)
c．No refund available on departure date and／or after the journey has commenced (including denied and／or rejected by Immigration Department or Custom of destination)．
d．No refund or reimbursement for any voluntary giving up of meals，tours and／or accommodations．
e．Since Air Ticket，Transportation，Accommodation and Meal have to be arranged in advance during high season (Chinese New Year, Easter, Summer Holidays and Christmas)，no departure date changed is allowed．No refund available on departure date changed and／or cancel booking．
Visa Application Participant:
1.Tour participant is responsible to arrange for his／her own visa required for traveling to the destination country．
2.Participant is responsible to obtain the proper travel document for the trip and all passports must remain valid for at least 6 months prior to the scheduled return from the trip．
Tour Fare Includes:
1.All meals，sightseeing，economy class round trip air tickets, and items as specified in the itineraries．
2.Hotel accommodation is based on one room sharing for 2 adults．(Single room surcharge must be applied.)
3.Children between 2-11 years old must share room with at least 2 adults with twin base except children paying full fare can share room with l adult．Infant under 2 years old pay l0％ of adult land only fare, plus infant air fare．Triple discount is not applicable．
Tour Fare Does Not Include:
1.Phone calls，beverages，laundry，travel insurance，all purely personal incidental and／or items not specified in the itinerary．
2.Optional tours.
3.Transportation from hotel to airport after the tour ends.
4.Tipping for local guides, drivers and tour escort．
5.Airport taxes or other related.
6.Visa application fees． |
